Workforce
A balance of fully employed craftsmen and improvers comprising a total of thirty employees within the group. at least half of the workforce and all skilled employees employed for at least ten years.

Training
All employees are subject to an ongoing training program to update trained craftsmen with industry changes and improvers to achieve high skill levels comprising a mixture of on site training and CITB specialist courses.

Health & Safety
An emphasis on health and safety and safe working practice ensures an exemplary safety record. All employees are given basic health and safety training with key employees attending CITB specialist courses.

Scope of Work
Specialists in re-roofing private houses, private estates, period and listed buildings, schools, churches, council properties and public buildings. roofing to new build on selected properties only. Covering full range of slating, tiling, flat roofing shingling and leadwork. Large stocks of second hand and reclaimed materials ensure best match when re-fixing. All work is carried out to conform to BS 5534 slating and tiling designs part 1 1997 and relevant codes of practice.

Vehicles
within the group an extensive fleet of 17 fully owned new vehicles provide efficient reliable movement.

Guarantees
All work is guaranteed for a period of ten years. A range of insurance backed guarantees are available.
