Recently, M. J. Coleman & Sons sponsored Havant youth bowling club to enter a tournament. Over 45 bowlers from Havant entered, and only had to pay half price as M. J. Coleman & Sons paid the rest. There were over 400 bowlers from all over the country including bowlers from the England team and from as far away as Leeds.

Havant were particularly successful, with Jacey Fewings winning the Division 6 Girls, and Melissa Coleman finishing in second place in the Division 4 girls tournament.
